Your First Visit

Brief Paperwork
Upon entering the office, we have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself, your condition and your chiropractic history.

NOTE: All new patient paperwork is below. Please feel free to print this out and complete it at home prior to your appointment in order to expedite your first visit.

History and Examination
In order to determine what is causing your pain, Dr. Webster will start by asking various questions related to your condition, level of pain and range of motion. Next, she will perform a number of specialized, hands-on tests to help determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-Ray Studies
Your specific condition may require us to take x-rays in order to rule out more serious conditions or assist us in diagnosing and developing the most effective treatment plan for you. Our x-ray machine is located on-site and film can be viewed almost immediately, so there will be no delay in your appointment or off-site visit necessary.

Home Instructions
Prior to leaving, Dr. Webster may provide you with instructions on certain activities or procedures to aid recovery at home. This may include ice or heat application instructions, avoidance of certain activities or positions, as well as home exercises and/or stretches.

Schedule Your Next Appointment
At Webster Family Chiropractic, our approach to pain relief is twofold: immediate diagnosis and pain relief, as well as pursuing long-term health benefits through preventative chiropractic care. After each session, you will be given a convenient appointment time for your follow-up visit. Generally speaking, Dr. Webster can see patients within 1-2 days and are provided with a complete review of her findings. The personalized treatment plan for your condition will also be discussed during this time.
